What it does

Polls Jira; when a ticket is Resolved/Closed it reads the whole ticket and, if the root cause is clear, comments a summary and tags it `has-root-cause` for the knowledge base. Ambiguous closures are left untagged.

How it works

Watches Jira by polling. When a ticket is marked Resolved or Closed, it reads the full ticket — description, comments, and history — and if the root cause is clearly stated, adds a comment summarizing it and applies the `has-root-cause` label, so those tickets can feed a knowledge base. Ambiguous closures are left untagged.
