Credit Intelligence

Every company on your watchlist is read against its own filings, and the ones that cross your thresholds come to you with the numbers attached.

by StudioXNewFreeNeeds setup

What it does

For each company on the watchlist, the mission pulls the latest financials straight from SEC EDGAR (SEC's own XBRL facts, cited to the filing), computes credit metrics (leverage, coverage, liquidity), writes a grounded credit read, flags STRONG / WATCH / CONCERN, and routes each name to a human analyst decision.

How it works

Watches a configurable list of public companies and pulls each one's latest financials straight from SEC EDGAR — the numbers are SEC's own structured XBRL facts, cited to the filing, never AI-generated. Computes credit metrics, writes a grounded credit read, flags deterioration, and routes flagged names to an analyst.

How it's wired

No agents — extraction is the deterministic SEC EDGAR tool and the read is a grounded reasoning step. A native watcher scans each active company on the watchlist.

Watcher on own table companies

read-new-filingsnativeevery 300s

Reads each newly-listed filing and, for the form named in settings, summarises it for a credit analyst. Polls only filings with no summary yet, so each one is read once.

Human approval

One consequential step waits for a person's approval before it acts.

Data it carries

4 tables, 8 rows of sample data — it runs with something in it from the first minute.

Ask it

“Pull Coca-Cola's latest key financials and tell me whether leverage looks like a concern.”

“List the most recent filings for Walmart and say which one a credit analyst should read first, and why.”

“Compare Caterpillar and Procter & Gamble on interest coverage, and say which balance sheet you would rather lend against.”

“What does a debt-to-EBITDA above 4 actually tell you, and what would you check before treating it as a problem?”

“Interest coverage has fallen below 2 for a company with rising revenue. What explains that, and what would you look at next?”

“Which single ratio would you refuse to lend without, and what does a strong number for it fail to rule out?”

Before it runs, you'll

  1. 1Open Configure and set the SEC EDGAR server URL (the mission ships without one) and the analyst inbox.
  2. 2Activate — the watcher then scans each active ticker against SEC's latest filing.
  3. 3Edit the watchlist any time in the Database view (add / remove / deactivate tickers).
